Corkscrew IPA
$8.00 – $28.00We formulated a diverse grain bill for this IPA. Employing a hop described as “breathtaking” with an ability to impart a cool climate wine fruitiness and utilized Cabernet Sauvignon infused oak to create this sought after brew. ABV: 6.0% IBU: 58.0 -
Old Towne Amber
$7.00 – $24.00A classic American Amber with a subdued hop presence. Brewed with an ample malt backbone, this amber exhibits slightly sweet and nutty characteristics. ABV: 6.4% IBU: 23.7 -
Lemony Wicket
$6.00 – $20.00We had some fun with our summer seasonal Wicket Wheat by modifying the yeast and adding a small dose of Citra hops. Made with Meyers Lemon zest, the lemon and citrus notes shine in this fresh, crisp wheat beer. ABV: 5.1% IBU: 20.5 -
Lupy – Cascade IPA
$7.00 – $24.00We use 4 doses of Cascade Hops during the boil, followed by dry-hopping to make this golden hued, easy drinking IPA. Medium strength aromas of spice and citrus with slight floral notes hit the nose first with enough bittering to balance the crystal and pale malts. ABV: 6.3% IBU: 74.8 -
Nookie Nookie IPA
$7.00 – $24.00A combination of pine and spice from Chinook hops and citrus and tropical notes from Citra hops provide the aromas and thirst-quenching flavors for this refreshing India Pale Ale. ABV: 6.2% IBU: 57.4 -
Espresso Amber
$7.00 – $24.00One for the coffee lover. A select blend of Caramunich, Vienna and Belgian malts lend a base to compliment the addition of locally roasted, cold brewed Stone Creek Espresso. ABV: 6.2% IBU: 18.7 -
Ach Ya Der Hey-Fe Weizen
$7.00 – $24.00In homage to our Wisconsin roots, this European style Weizen pours a hazy golden yellow with a creamy white head. Exhilarating aromas of wheat and spices combine with a soft grainy wheat flavor for a light and elegant finish. ABV: 6.3% IBU: 12.1 -
